Former Gov. Howard Dean (D-VT) said Tuesday on MSNBC's "The Beat With Ari Melber" that "well-educated suburban people are sick" of Republican's 2020 election fraud claims so they will vote for Democrats to keep control of the House in the 2022 mid-terms.
