The Delhi police on Monday arrested a 38-year-old serial rapist for allegedly sexually assaulting uncountable schoolgirls. The accused identified as Sunil Rastogi,a tailor by profession, used to kidnap minor girl going to home from school on the pretext of their parents calling them. He used to take the minor girls to a secluded place and would sexually assault them. Divulging details, DCP(East) Omvir Singh said the culprit confessed to his crime during interrogation and used to threaten to kill the girls if they disclosed the incident to anyone in their family. According to sources, the rapist targeted the minor girls not only in Delhi but even in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
