For the first time in public Intel talks about the upcoming Optane SSD long rumored to come to market under 900p branding. The drive should release in 250GB to 1.5TB capacity sizes. Optane is the first new memory technology to come to market in the last 35 years. The technology is faster than NAND flash and provides a significant performance increase over existing technology.
