President Trump addressed recent support from rapper Kanye West at a rally in Macomb County, Michigan Saturday night. He called it "important" for Kanye's legacy. "In all fairness, Kanye West gets it," Trump said. "He gots it. He gets it! And he saw that. When he sees that African-American unemployment is the lowest in history, you know, people are watching. That's a very important thing he's done for his legacy. It's a very important thing." Trump held the at the same time as the 2018 White House Correspondents' Dinner in Washington, D.C., an event he has declined to attend as president.
