Vegan cauliflower steak

This video shows you how to make super delicious vegan cauliflower steaks. Enjoy! Full recipe: Ingredients: - 1 Large Head of Cauliflower (will make 2 steaks) - Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce - 3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Toppings (We suggest diced tomatoes and olives) Instructions: Slice cauliflower into 3/4 inch slabs. Most slices will fall apart into florets, but you should get one or two solid steak-like slices toward the middle of the cauliflower. Sauté these in 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan until each side becomes lightly golden (about 3 minutes on each side). Add Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce to the pan and let sizzle for another minute or so until most of the sauce has been absorbed, or is sticking to the cauliflower steaks. Turn off heat, move to a baking sheet, and put it in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Then top with extras and serve immediately.
