Charles Cooke of the National Review stumped the panel, including Bloomberg's Mark Halperin, Howard Dean and Mika Brzezinski. Only Dean was able to articulate a pair of ideas that he said "might be helpful," never asserting that they would have stopped the Oregon shooting.
