President Trump said Monday morning that he hoped Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) runs for president because "she'd be very easy" to beat. Trump was asked to react to <a href="https://www.bostonglobe.com/news/politics/2018/10/15/warren-addresses-native-american-issue/YEUaGzsefB0gPBe2AbmSVO/story.html">a DNA test Warren performed</a> that apparently shows she has some Native American heritage. Warren, who Trump has nicknamed 'Pocahontas,' <a href="https://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2018/07/05/trump_offers_1_million_for_pocahontas_elizabeth_warren_to_take_dna_test.html">was challenged by the president in July to take a DNA test</a>. He offered to donate $1 million to her favorite charity. "Who cares?" Trump responded as he held a press availability before boarding Marine One. "I didn't say that you better read that again," the president said about the million dollar challenge. "I hope she's running for president because I think she'd be very easy," he said. "I hope that she is running. I do not think she'll be difficult at all. She'll destroy the country. She'll make the country into Venezuela. With that being said, I don't want to say bad things about her because I hope she would be one of the people that would get through the process.
