Hillary Clinton slammed Donald Trump at a campaign rally in Manchester, NH on Monday, saying he is "someone who roots for failure and takes glee in mocking our country no matter who our president is." She was responding to a tweet Trump sent out Sunday evening about the ongoing battle between ISIS and American, Iraqi and Kurdish forces in the Northern Iraq city of Mosul. "The attack on Mosul is turning out to be a total disaster," Trump said. "We gave them months of notice. The U.S. is looking so dumb." "He has no plan to defeat ISIS," Clinton said. "He's basically declaring defeat before the battle has even started."
